Every price above assumes your items are out and ready to load: at the curb, in the driveway, or at the front of the garage, on the ground floor, and easy to reach. If we come inside, take stairs, or work a long or tight path, a small access fee applies, quoted from your photos up front. Add-on fees when they apply: inside removal or carry-out $40, stairs $25 per flight, long or difficult carry $25, mattress or box spring $50 each, appliance with Freon $50, tires $25 each, same-day service $50. Disassembly is quoted from your photos. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, roofing, and similar) is priced separately and starts at $300.
