Every price assumes the area is cleared and there's a working outdoor spigot within hose reach. We don't move furniture or belongings: have them off the surface before we arrive, or we'll work around what stays as best we can. Send us a photo of the area and we'll text back a firm quote.
Add-ons, always quoted from your photos up front: railings and spindles $40, years of heavy buildup or thick moss $40. Add a wash-off to any junk or debris pickup and take $40 off since the Squatch is already parked outside.

Wash water off a deck, patio, or porch lands in grass, rocks, and garden beds. With nothing in the water but water, that's exactly where it belongs. Kids, pets, and plants stay off the worry list.
Why we skip driveways
Driveways and sidewalks drain to the street and the storm drain, and wash water doesn't belong there. So we don't wash them. The surfaces we do wash keep the water on your property.
A clean-off, not a restoration
We remove dirt, grime, moss film, algae, and pollen. Oil, rust, paint, and deep-set stains need chemicals we don't use. We tell you straight from your photos what will and won't come off.
