How to Prepare for Your Mossquatch Service Appointment
Now that you’ve scheduled your service, please take a few moments and read our tips on how to prepare. We want your Mossquatch experience to be smooth and stress-free! Here’s how to prep for each type of service:
General for All Services
- Water Access: Please confirm we can connect to an outdoor water source.
- Clear Access: Remove obstacles from work areas to facilitate safe and efficient service.
- Secure Pets: Keep pets indoors or in a safe area during our visit.
- Communicate Specific Concerns: Inform us of any particular issues or areas requiring special attention.
- Questions? Ask Away!: Contact us with any questions or specific concerns about your property.
Driveway Cleaning
- Clear Vehicles: Please move all cars, bikes, etc., off the driveway for full access.
- Note Obstacles: Let us know about low-hanging branches or other items that might impede access.
Patio Cleaning
- Remove Furniture: Move patio furniture, planters, and grills to open up the space.
- Note Fragile Plants: If you have delicate plants near the patio edge, let us know in advance.
Deck Cleaning
- Clear the Surface: Remove all furniture, grills, potted plants, and other items from the deck.
- Note Fragile Plants: If you have delicate plants near the deck’s edge, let us know in advance.
Gutter Cleaning
- Ladder Access: Provide clear access to areas beneath gutters for ladder placement.
- Move Obstacles: Relocate patio furniture or plantings away from downspout areas if they obstruct debris disposal.
- Inform of Fragile Areas: Let us know about delicate landscaping or water features below the gutters.
House Wash
- Close Windows & Doors: Ensure everything is securely shut to prevent water intrusion.
- Move Fragile Items: Relocate hanging plants, delicate décor, or furniture near the house that could be damaged.
- Remove Window Screens: Window screens may be brittle after years of outdoor conditions, please remove them from all your windows so we can give your home the perfect clean.
- Turn Off Electrical: Turn off the power to any outdoor outlets and lights.
